Note: (This calculation formula applies to single-head pulse pumps.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Working principle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to Boyle&#8217;s law, P1V1 = P2V2, gas volume is inversely proportional to gas pressure. This smoothes pipeline pulsation by changing gas volume.<\/p>\n<p>It operates sinusoidally with respect to flow rate. During peaks, the gas chamber volume decreases, allowing the pulsation dampener to absorb excess flow.
